Ingredients
- carrots: 1 pound (sliced)
- butter: 0.25 cup
- ½ tablespoons honey: 2 piece
- pinch ground ginger: 1 piece
- lemon juice: 1 Tbsp (to taste)

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add carrots and cook until tender but still firm, about 5 minutes. Drain.
