Palak Paneer is a traditional Indian dish, which, perhaps, reflects the essence of this country and its unrivaled flavor. We offer you to prepare a healthy Indian recipe - palak sauce but without paneer.
Ingredients
- tomatoes: 1 piece
- cumin seed: 2 pinch
- Powdered coriander: 2 pinch
- black pepper: 2 pinch
- clove: 2 pinch
- cardamom powder: 1 pinch
- onion: 1 pinch
- ginger: 30 g
- garlic: 4 clove
- chili pepper: 1 piece
- olive oil: 15 ml
- butter: 30 g
- spinach: 5 handfuls
- salt: 2 pinch
- yogurt: 3 Tbsp

Make a cross-shaped incision on the bottom of the tomato and send it to the heated water for 30 seconds. Remove and place in a bowl of cold water. Remove the skin from the tomatoes, remove the flesh. Cut sides of tomatoes arbitrarily.

Put the pan on the stove. Put spices to it and heat it up. Send the spices in a mortar, add a handful of black cardamom seeds and grind to powder.

Grind roughly ½ onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 2-3 cm of ginger. Remove seeds from ½ of a hot pepper pod. Heat the saucepan with the addition of 15 ml of olive oil and 30 g of butter. Fry onions, garlic, ginger, pepper. Add 1.5-2 tablespoons of the spice mix and mix thoroughly. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the tomatoes, return to heat and warm again.

Separate the spinach leaves from the stems (only the leaves will be needed). Sent to the stewpot with the rest of the ingredients. Fry and turn off the heat. Add 2 pinches of salt and add 2-3 Tbsp. of natural yogurt. Stir. At the end, all the ingredients are ground by blender.
