Classic indian recipe Pallac Paneer with spinach is a light, tender and very healthy vegetarian dish.
Ingredients
- paneer: 200 g
- spinach: 500 g
- ginger: 2 tsp
- oil: 3.5 Tbsp
- onion: 2 piece
- cumin: 1 pinch
- tomato paste: 3 Tbsp
- garlic: 2 clove
- salt: 1 tsp

Cut panir into small squares.

Chop the spinach, ginger, onion, and garlic.

Pour 50 ml of water into the stew-pan, put spinach and ginger, simmer for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Tilt to a sieve to get rid of excess moisture, then send the vegetables to a blender and chop them until smooth.

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry for about 5 minutes until golden. Add cumin and garlic, fry for another 30 seconds, add tomato paste or puree, cook for 5 minutes. Salt to taste.

Add the paneer, gently mix, add the spinach puree and cook for another 2 minutes.
