Stages of cooking

  1. First you need to prepare the dough. Mix flour + 1 tbsp. of water, as well as salt, ghee (oil) and spices in the same container.

  2. Mix all the ingredients with a fork: add water or add flour, the main thing is to get the desired consistency.

  3. The dough will be elastic, soft, not sticky.

  4. The dough is ready, set it aside. Meanwhile, we are preparing stuffing of mushrooms, garlic and onions. Prepare the vegetables: cut the onion and carrot into large cubes, a little smaller - garlic (half of the head).

  5. Fry at 4-5 Tbsp. of ghee garlic (until it turns golden).

  6. Add onion.

  7. Add carrot.

  8. 3-5 minutes more, onions and carrots are slightly browned and full of aroma. You can add mushrooms, cut into 4-5 pieces. Stirring, fry the vegetables with mushrooms until they are fully cooked. A couple of minutes before turning off the stove, carefully salt and pepper the filling.

  9. While the filling cools, roll the dough.

  10. In the center lay out the mushroom stuffing.

  11. Connect the edges, cut off the excess.

  12. Spread the future pies on a baking sheet and put in a preheated oven to bake. Temperature - 200-220C, time - 15-25 minutes.

  13. The Samosa is ready!
