Jack Daniel's eggnog for all seasons! Any brand of liquor is fine; put your spin on it by using your favorite. And remember, a little nutmeg goes a long way.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups white sugar: 1 piece
  • dark rum: 1 cup
  • Bourbon: 1 cup
  • brandy: 1 cup
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • pinch ground nutmeg: 1 piece (to taste)
  • pinch salt: 1 piece
  • quart half-and-half: 1 piece
  • pint heavy whipping cream: 1 piece
  • eggs: 5 piece
