This Japanese meat dish tastes and looks extraordinary! It comes with vegetables and soy sauce and is one of the traditional dishes of the country’s cuisine.

- beef: 1000 g
- onion: 2 piece
- cabbage: 0.5 piece
- sweet pepper: 2 piece
- sesame: 5 cup
- soy sauce: 50 ml
- oil: 20 ml

Wash the meat properly, put it into a deep bowl and pour mineral water above. Then place the bowl into a cool place for several hours (preferably, for the night)

Cut the meat into long pieces

Cut the onion into semi-circles, chop the bell pepper and cut the cabbage into long pieces that should be around 7-8 cm long. Add salt to the cabbage and press it a bit.

Mix oil and soy sauce on the hot frying pan. Add meat and fry until it becomes golden.

Add onion and fry until it becomes golden as well

As soon as the onion is ready, add sesame

Add bell pepper

As soon as bell pepper is half-ready, reduce the fire and add cabbage. Fry until the cabbage is ready.

Fry everything on strong fire and continue stirring. Do not add salt and do not cover the frying pot with the lid. Enjoy the dish!
