Ingredients
- ½ pounds pork tenderloin: 1 piece (cut into 2-inch strips)
- onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- red bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- black beans: 3 cans (15 ounce cans)
- salsa: 1 jar (16 ounce jar)
- chicken broth: 0.5 cup
- oregano: 1 tsp (dried)
- ground cumin: 1 tsp
- chili powder: 2 tsp

Combine pork tenderloin, onion, red pepper, black beans, salsa, chicken broth, oregano, cumin, and chili powder in a slow cooker. Set to Low and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
