Ingredients
- flax meal: 90 g
- pumpkin: 50 g (puree)
- cocoa powder: 50 g
- caramel sauce: 25 g (without sugar)
- egg: 1 piece
- coconut oil: 2 Tbsp
- cinnamon: 0.5 tsp
- apple vinegar: 0.5 tsp
- baking powder: 0.5 tsp
- almond flakes: 3 Tbsp
- salt: 1 pinch

Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

In another bowl, mix and lightly whisk all the liquid ingredients.

Pour liquid into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Preheat the oven to 170-180 C.
Put the dough in a muffin dish.
Sprinkle the dough with almond flakes. -
Bake for about 15 minutes. Muffins should rise and darken slightly.
