This recipe is a copycat version of KFC gravy.
Ingredients
- butter: 3 Tbsp (divided)
- onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- unbleached all-purpose flour: 5 Tbsp
- ½ cups water: 2 piece
- beef bouillon: 2 tsp
- chicken bouillon: 2 tsp
- black pepper: (to taste, freshly ground)
