Korean pancakes with sweet topping! The most popular street food in the South Korea!
Ingredients
- flour: 200 g (sifted)
- milk: 120 ml (warm)
- yeast powder: 1 tsp
- sugar: 1 Tbsp
- water: 60 ml (warm)
- salt: 1 pinch
- brown sugar: 100 g (for the topping)
- cinnamon: 1 tsp (for the topping)
- walnuts: 5 piece (for the topping)
- oil: 2 Tbsp

Pour warm water into the bowl, add sugar and yeast powder. Stir everything, cover the bowl and leave for about 10 minutes

Add warm milk, salt and sifted flour. Knead soft dough

Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and leave it in the warm place for one or two hours

To cook the topping, chop the walnuts and mix them with brown sugar and cinnamon

Oil your hands, take a small piece of dough and form a round pancake. Put 2-3 teaspoons of topping in the middle of it and carefully pinch the edges. Repeat the same action with the other pancakes.

Heat the frying pan, add some oil and fry the pancakes on both sides. Serve hot. Bon appétit!
