- milk: 400 ml
- butter: 120 g (30 g for the batter and 90 g for the candy apples)
- whole-wheat flour: 120 g
- pancake flour: 120 g
- brown sugar: 2 Tbsp
- yeast powder: 1 tsp
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- sea salt: 1 pinch
- egg: 2 piece
- cinnamon: 2 tsp (1 tsp for the batter and 1 tsp for the candy apples)
- cranberry: 30 g (for the candy apples)
- lemon: 0.5 piece (for the candy apples)
- apple: 3 piece (for the candy apples)
- sugar: 140 g (for the candy apples)

Sift out and mix two types of flour

Add yeast powder, salt, baking powder and sugar. Stir everything well

Whisk milk and eggs in another bowl, add them to the dry ingredients

Melt butter and add it to the batter. Stir everything well once again

Heat the frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sides without adding oil or butter

To cook candy apples, peel them and remove the seeds first

Cut the apples and add a few drops of lemon juice

Melt butter in a deep frying pan or a pot, add apples and cinnamon. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the apples become soft and “golden”

Add fresh cranberry and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve with hot pancakes! Enjoy!
