This wonderful zucchini bread with lemon is light and not too sweet. I thought my mom made the best zucchini bread until I added lemon!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups shredded zucchini: 1 piece
  • white sugar: 0.75 cup
  • vegetable oil: 0.5 cup
  • egg: 1 piece
  • ½ cups all-purpose flour: 1 piece
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • baking soda: 0.5 tsp

  • ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
