Ingredients
- Quaker® Oats: 0.5 cup
- low-fat milk: 0.25 cup
- low-fat plain yogurt: 0.33333 cup
- almond extract: 0.125 tsp
- mango: 0.5 cup (diced)
- honey: 1 tsp
- chia seeds: 1 tsp
