These delicious maple nut bars are sweetened with stevia instead of artificial sweeteners. Perfect for a healthy snack or dessert!

Ingredients

  • raw almonds: 1 cup (raw)
  • raw cashews: 0.5 cup (raw)
  • raw macadamia nuts: 0.75 cup (raw)
  • no-sugar-added creamy almond butter: 0.5 cup
  • stevia-sweetened maple syrup: 0.33 cup (Not sugar-free maple syrup.)
  • salt: 0.125 tsp

  1. Add nuts to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until a crumbly mixture forms (but not so much that they turn into flour).

  2. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl and combine nuts with almond butter, maple syrup, and salt.

  3. Line an 8" × 8" baking pan with parchment paper and press mixture into pan. Place in the refrigerator and allow to set 2 hours or until bars are hardened.

  4. Cut into 6 equal portions and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
