This is a great snack or cereal. On cold winter mornings, pour on a little milk and heat in the microwave for a warm and comforting breakfast.

Ingredients

  • old-fashioned oats: 4 cups
  • pecans: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • walnuts: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • ground flax seed: 0.5 cup
  • ground cinnamon: 2 tsp
  • canola oil: 0.33333 cup
  • pure maple syrup: 0.66667 cup
  • maple flavoring: 1 tsp
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
