This is a great snack or cereal. On cold winter mornings, pour on a little milk and heat in the microwave for a warm and comforting breakfast.
Ingredients
- old-fashioned oats: 4 cups
- pecans: 0.5 cup (chopped)
- walnuts: 0.5 cup (chopped)
- ground flax seed: 0.5 cup
- ground cinnamon: 2 tsp
- canola oil: 0.33333 cup
- pure maple syrup: 0.66667 cup
- maple flavoring: 1 tsp
- salt: 0.25 tsp
