Tasty mascarpone ice cream with strawberries… What can be better for a hot summer day? This dessert is very simple and you don’t even need an ice cream makes to cook it! If you like ice cream, then this dessert is worth your attention!
Ingredients
- strawberries: 150 g
- sugar: 80 g (20 g for the strawberries and 60 g for the ice cream)
- water: 2 Tbsp
- mascarpone: 100 g
- cream: 100 g
- milk: 90 g
- vanillin: 2 g

Wash, peel and cut strawberries first. Put the berries into the pot, add 20 g of sugar and water.

Boil for about 5-7 minutes. Let the strawberry jam cool down.

Mix 50 g of milk and 60 g of sugar in another pot and boil on small fire until all the sugar dissolves. Let the milk syrup cool down to the room temperature.

Take a bowl and mix the rest of milk, mascarpone, vanilla and cream in it.

Add the milk syrup and stir the mass well.

Pour the mass into the form and put into the freezer for about 1-1.5 hours.

Then take the form away from the freezer, add strawberry jam and mix the ice cream a bit. Put the dessert into the freezer again for about 3 hours and take it away around 10 minutes before serving. Bon appétit!
