Green tea is a healthy product, but if you think that it can be used only as a drink, you are mistaken. The recipe of this ice cream is so unusual that your guests will hardly believe that there is green tea in it!
Ingredients
- egg: 5 piece
- sugar: 100 g
- green tea: 0.5 cup (strong)
- soy sauce: 2 tsp (sweet)
- lemon juice: 1 tsp
- cream: 1 cup (33-35%)

Brew strong green tea in advance and wait until it cools down. Separate egg whites from the yolks. Whip the whites with half of the sugar.

Mix egg yolks, tea and sweet soy sauce in a bowl.

Add lemon juice.

Now, add the rest of sugar and mix the ingredients well.

The mass you will get should be soft and airy.

Whip the cold cream and mix it with the mass you have cooked in the previous steps.

Pour into a deep form, cover with kitchen film and place into a freezer overnight.
