This is something new and absolutely delicious. This soup is quite a dessert. You will be surprised by its pleasant flavour.
- ice-cream : 50 g (for serving, so per taste)
- poppy seeds : 1 Tbsp
- flour : 75 g
- egg white : 1 piece
- butter : 10 g
- milk : 100 g
- cinnamon sticks : 1 piece
- anisetree : 1 piece
- sugar : 190 g
- red wine : 250 ml
- melon : 0.5 piece
Stages of cooking
Mix wine, cinnamon, anisetree and sugar. Bring to a boil, then cool.
Take a melon and remove the pulp with a spoon. Place it in a fridge until serving the soup.
In a bowl mix flour, milk, sugar, poppy seeds and egg white . Stir well.
Take a baking paper and spread butter all over it, then spoon the dough into strips. Bake in a pre-heated to 180C (355F) degrees for 10 minutes.
In a soup-plate place several melon balls, pour wine mixture, add one ball of ice-cream and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Enjoy!
