These apple fritters are warm, crisp, and sweet, a perfect fall treat. My mom made these for us after school in the fall with the apples we'd pick and buy from a fruit farm.

Ingredients

  • quart vegetable oil for deep-frying: 1 piece
  • ½ cups all-purpose flour: 1 piece
  • white sugar: 1 Tbsp
  • baking powder: 2 tsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • milk: 0.66667 cup
  • eggs: 2 piece (beaten)
  • vegetable oil: 1 Tbsp
  • apples: 3 cups (chopped)
  • cinnamon-sugar: 1 cup
