This savory chicken salad is by far my favorite. I'm a huge fan of chicken salad and have tried many variations over the years. This recipe with simple, refreshing flavors and great texture is wonderful on a sandwich or served over a bed of lettuce.

Ingredients

  • skinless, boneless chicken breast halves: 2 piece (cut into cubes, cooked)
  • stalks celery: 3 piece (diced)
  • pecans: 0.75 cup (chopped)
  • mayonnaise: 0.5 cup
  • yellow onion: 2 Tbsp (minced)
  • ½ tablespoons sweet pickle relish: 1 piece
  • prepared mustard: 2 tsp
  • ½ teaspoons ground black pepper: 1 piece
  • ½ teaspoons minced fresh dill: 1 piece
  • lemon juice: 1 tsp
  • white sugar: 0.5 tsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • garlic powder: 0.5 tsp
  • paprika: 0.5 tsp
