This is a quick and easy refreshing pie. It may be served either chilled or frozen! Graham cracker pie crust can be used instead of a baked pie crust.
Ingredients
- frozen lemonade concentrate: 1 can (12 fluid ounce can)
- water: 0.5 cup
- lime flavored Jell-O® mix: 1 pack (3 ounce pack)
- cream cheese: 1 pack (8 ounce pack, softened)
- frozen whipped topping: 1 container (8 ounce container, thawed)
- pie crust, baked: 1 piece (9 inch)

Heat the lemonade and the water to boiling. Add the gelatin and the cream cheese and blend well.

Fold in the non-dairy whipped topping.
