This no-bake, sugar-free cheesecake is delicious. I have a grandmother who is diabetic, and I wanted to create a cheesecake with no added sugar. My whole family loved it! It's now the only one I make.
Ingredients
- graham cracker crumbs: 0.75 cup
- butter: 3 Tbsp (melted)
- ground cinnamon: 0.25 tsp
- ground nutmeg: 0.25 tsp
- cream cheese: 1 pack (8 ounce pack, softened)
- ½ cups milk: 1 piece
- cheesecake flavor sugar-free instant pudding mix: 1 pack (1 ounce pack)
- pints fresh strawberries: 2 piece (sliced)
