This no-sweat mojito recipe is super simple to make with rum, mint leaves, and lime-flavored seltzer to create a cocktail for two in no time!

Ingredients

  • sprigs fresh mint: 6 piece (divided)
  • white sugar: 1 tsp
  • ounces white rum: 3 piece
  • lime-flavored seltzer water: 1 can (12 fluid ounce can)

  1. Muddle 4 mint sprigs and sugar together in a mixing glass until crushed.

  2. Add rum and stir to dissolve sugar. Strain into 2 ice-filled Collins or rocks glasses. Top with lime-flavored seltzer and garnish each glass with a remaining mint sprig.
