Orange cream-flavored gelatin salad with pineapple and mandarin oranges. This orange tapioca salad is a family favorite in the summer.

Ingredients

  • water: 3 cups
  • orange flavored Jell-O® mix: 1 pack (3 ounce pack)
  • instant vanilla pudding mix: 1 pack (3.4 ounce pack)
  • instant tapioca pudding mix: 1 pack (3 ounce pack)
  • mandarin oranges: 1 can (15 ounce can, drained)
  • pineapple: 1 can (8 ounce can, drained, crushed)
  • tub frozen whipped topping: 1 piece (8 ounce, thawed)

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Whisk in orange gelatin mix, vanilla pudding mix, and tapioca pudding mix. Return to a boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.

  2. Fold in mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, and whipped topping; transfer to a serving bowl.
