This orange dressing for spinach salad can be made with all raw ingredients. It's great on a spinach salad with oranges or other lettuce-and-fruit salads.
Ingredients
- fresh parsley: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
- orange juice: 0.25 cup (freshly squeezed)
- raw honey: 1 Tbsp
- olive oil: 0.25 cup
- white wine vinegar: 2 Tbsp
- orange peel: 0.5 tsp (grated)
- salt: 0.25 tsp
- cayenne pepper: 0.125 tsp
