This orange dressing for spinach salad can be made with all raw ingredients. It's great on a spinach salad with oranges or other lettuce-and-fruit salads.

Ingredients

  • fresh parsley: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
  • orange juice: 0.25 cup (freshly squeezed)
  • raw honey: 1 Tbsp
  • olive oil: 0.25 cup
  • white wine vinegar: 2 Tbsp
  • orange peel: 0.5 tsp (grated)
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
  • cayenne pepper: 0.125 tsp
