The combination of banana and orange in this smoothie is so fantastic that your loved ones will keep asking you to cook it over and over again! The drink is healthy and rich in vitamins and it is also very delicious. It is a nice variant of a pre or post workout beverage as well!

Ingredients

  • banana : 2 piece (ripe)
  • orange : 3 piece
  • soy milk : 1 cup (or almond milk)

  1. Peel and slice 2 bananas. Put banana slices on a flat surface and leave them in a fridge for several hours (or overnight).

  2. Peel one tablespoon of orange zest using a grater with small holes.

  3. Squeeze 1.5 cup of orange juice. For this purpose, you will need about 2-3 oranges depending on their size.

  4. Now, take your banana slices from the fridge and blend them to get creamy mixture.

  5. Add orange zest and juice. Then, pour one cup of non-dairy milk (almond, soy or rice). Blend again. Now, your healthy smoothie is ready! Pour it into glasses and enjoy the taste!
