This homemade balsamic vinaigrette is sweet and savory and incredibly simple to make in a jar. The dressing does not separate for at least 30 minutes once you shake it!
Ingredients
- olive oil: 0.5 cup
- balsamic vinegar: 0.25 cup
- shallot: 1 piece (minced)
- clove garlic: 1 piece (minced)
- Dijon mustard: 1 tsp
- honey: 1 tsp
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)

Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, shallot, garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper together in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
