Mornings can be hectic and skipping breakfast is not a wise option. Overnight oatmeal flavored with pineapple, banana, and pecans is an awesome way to start the day. It's a healthy, quick-and-easy, nutrient packed, make-ahead breakfast ready when you are.
Ingredients
- old fashioned rolled oats: 2 cups
- 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk: 1 piece
- (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in pineapple juice: 1 piece
- vanilla extract: 0.5 tsp
- cardamom: 0.5 tsp (optional)
- salt: 0.125 tsp
- bananas: 2 piece (sliced)
- toasted pecans: 0.25 cup (to taste, chopped)

Combine oats, almond milk, pineapple and its juice, vanilla, cardamom, and salt in a bowl. Stir well, and spoon out into half-pint jars. Cover jars with lids, and refrigerate overnight.
