- almond milk: 0.75 cup
- oats: 0.5 cup
- peanut butter: 2 Tbsp
- chia seeds: 2 Tbsp
- agave nectar: 2 Tbsp
- scoop vanilla protein powder: 1 piece
- frozen blueberries: 1 cup
