I made this smoothie with peanut butter but it can be made with powdered peanut butter for a lower calorie smoothie.
Ingredients
- frozen strawberries: 6 piece (to taste)
- milk: 0.75 cup
- ½ tablespoons peanut butter: 1 piece
- blue agave nectar: 1 Tbsp (to taste)
- flax seeds: 1 Tbsp
