This peach ice cream recipe is a creamy, delicious summertime treat!

Ingredients

  • eggs: 6 piece (beaten)
  • ½ cups white sugar: 3 piece
  • peaches, pitted and: 10 piece (chopped, fresh)
  • heavy cream: 4 cups
  • half-and-half cream: 2 cups
  • vanilla extract: 2 tsp
  • salt: 0.75 tsp

  1. Mix together eggs and sugar in a large bowl until smooth; purée peaches in a blender or food processor and stir 5 cups purée into egg mixture. Stir in cream, half-and-half, vanilla, and salt, and mix well.
