Creamy and crispy peanut butter and bran cookies that are good for you too! Don't over-bake!

Ingredients

  • butter: 1 cup (melted)
  • packed brown sugar: 0.75 cup
  • white sugar: 0.75 cup
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • peanut butter: 1 cup
  • eggs: 2 piece (beaten)
  • ¼ cups all-purpose flour: 1 piece
  • wheat bran: 1 cup
  • rolled oats: 0.75 cup
  • baking soda: 2 tsp

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. In a bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla, peanut butter, and eggs. In a separate bowl, mix flour, bran, oats, and baking soda. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture until smooth. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
