Ingredients
- green onion: 2 Tbsp
- parmesan: 1 cup
- spaghetti: 450 g
- black pepper: 1 pinch
- salt: 1 pinch (per taste)
- nutmeg: 0.5 tsp
- chicken broth: 100 ml
- cream: 1 cup
- canned tomatoes: 400 g
- artichoke: 400 g
- onion: 0.5 piece
- garlic: 3 clove
- butter: 2 Tbsp
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp

Stages of cooking

First peel and cut garlic.

Rinse, peel and slice onion.

Boil spaghetti according to instruction.

Place a pan on the flame and pour olive oil.

Melt butter.

Saute onion and garlic.

Add artichoke.

Now pour canned tomatoes and fry 8-10 minutes.

Pour cream.

Add chicken broth and stir well.

Place spaghetti and vegetables on the plate, then sprinkle olive oil and shredded cheese.
