Stages of cooking

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes

  2. Take a deep pot and pour cold water inside, add salt and peeled potatoes. Place the pot on fire and wait until it boils. Cook the potatoes for 3 minutes from the moment the water boils and take the pot from the fire.

  3. Drain the potatoes and let the potatoes cool down a bit

  4. Cut the potatoes into thin slices

  5. You can use one large bowl or three bowls of smaller sizes to cook the dish. Cover the bowls with butter from the inside and place the potato slices in the way they are shown on the photo. Start with the center of the bowl and form the “flower” shape. Add salt and black pepper on the first layer.

  6. Put the second layer of the potato slices, add salt and black pepper once again! Repeat the step until there are no potato slices left.

  7. I managed to cook three portions of the dish from the products I had. To cook more portions, you should correspondingly use more products

  8. Melt butter and pour it on the potatoes

  9. Heat the oven to 220 degrees. Bake for about 40-50 minutes until the potato slices become golden. Take the dish away from the oven and serve warm. Enjoy the dish!
