This is a quick and delicious appetizer/dip dish. I promise most guests will enjoy it. You can add Tapatio® hot sauce or cayenne for a more spicy taste.
Ingredients
- imitation crabmeat, flaked: 1 pound
- roma (plum) tomatoes: 3 piece (diced)
- fresh cilantro: 0.5 cup (chopped)
- serrano Chili peppers: 2 piece (chopped)
- green onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- lime juice: 0.75 cup (to taste, fresh)
- pinch salt and ground black pepper: 1 piece (to taste)
