This is a quick and delicious appetizer/dip dish. I promise most guests will enjoy it. You can add Tapatio® hot sauce or cayenne for a more spicy taste.

Ingredients

  • imitation crabmeat, flaked: 1 pound
  • roma (plum) tomatoes: 3 piece (diced)
  • fresh cilantro: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • serrano Chili peppers: 2 piece (chopped)
  • green onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • lime juice: 0.75 cup (to taste, fresh)
  • pinch salt and ground black pepper: 1 piece (to taste)
