This poppyseed dressing is great for a fresh fruit salad. Very tangy and sweet.

Ingredients

  • white vinegar: 0.5 cup
  • white sugar: 0.33333 cup
  • onion: 1 tsp (grated)
  • ground dry mustard: 1 tsp
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil: 1 cup
  • poppy seeds: 1 Tbsp

  1. Place vinegar, sugar, onion, mustard, and salt into a blender or food processor; blend for 20 seconds. With the blender running, gradually add oil in a thin steady stream until combined.
