Ingredients
- fresh, ground pork sausage: 2 pound
- all-purpose flour: 0.5 cup (or as needed)
- milk: 2 cups (or as needed)
- salt and pepper: (to taste)

Break up sausage in a skillet and brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add flour and stir until all drippings are absorbed, adding more flour if necessary.
