This pork steak recipe is from my mom. She came up with this recipe when I was a child, and it's the only way I can eat green onions.

- soy sauce: 0.25 cup
- bunch green onions: 1 piece (chopped)
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- pork butt steaks: 6 piece

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; stir in soy sauce. Add green onions and garlic and cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
