Pork chops in the cheese coating are very juicy and delicious. The coating adds to the taste of the dish and gives the meat attractive golden color. The recipe is very simple and includes affordable ingredients.
Cut and pound the pork. Dredge each piece with salt and pepper.
Mash the corn flakes and mix them with grated cheese.
If you wish, you can replace the corn flakes with 100 g of breadcrumbs, mixing them with 150 g of grated cheese.
