This side-dish is very healthy, cause full of vitamins, it must become a frequent guest, especially, at summer time. This is easy and tasty, try it to make sure this is true!
Ingredients
- greens: 1 Tbsp (dry)
- flour: 1 Tbsp
- salt: 2 pinch (per taste)
- cheese: 100 g
- cream: 150 g
- vegetable oil: 2 Tbsp
- bulb onion: 1 piece
- broccoli: 300 g
- potato: 500 g

Rinse potatoes well and peel.

Cut into big enough pieces and boil it till it is half ready. You may boil potatoes whole and then cut, up to you.

Rinse broccoli and part into pieces.

Place in a boiled water for several minutes.

Peel bulb onion and slice.

Pour 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and saute onion.

Add broccoli and potato, reduce the heat to its minimum and cover with a lid.

Heat the cream, add flour, salt and stir everything properly.

Pour this sauce over the broccoli and potato, heat it properly but not boil.

Sprinkle grated cheese, cover with the lid and switch off the flame, leave it on the kitchen range for several minutes and then serve!
