This potato soup has peculiar taste because of the ginger contained in the recipe. The ingredient gives the dish exquisite aroma and taste. This is a kind of the “highlight” of this unusual soup, which will certainly appeal to your loved ones!  

Ingredients

  • water : 1.5 litre
  • pumpkin : 400 g
  • potato : 300 g
  • onion : 1 piece (small)
  • soy sauce : 50 ml
  • ginger : 1 Tbsp
  • fennel : 1 bunch (or parsley)
  • garlic : 1 clove
  • salt : 0.5 tsp
  • black pepper : 0.5 tsp

  1. Boil water on medium fire. Meanwhile, chop the pumpkin and onion

  2. Slice the garlic, grate ginger and fry on oil in the frying pan. As soon as you are done with this task, take garlic and ginger away from the frying pan and fry vegetables there until they become golden. Then add garlic and ginger again. Add soy sauce, wait until the soup boils and turn off the fire
