Stages of cooking
-
Peel and dice the pumpkin for about 10 minutes until it becomes softer. Then drain the water. If you have canned black beans, then open the can and drain the beans. Otherwise, take 100 of black beans, add them to the saucepan, pour 4-5 cups of boiling water and simmer the ingredients for about 80-90 minutes. The beans should become soft as well. Then drain the water and mix the ingredients.
-
Chop the spring or green onions.
-
Take a frying pan, add oil inside and heat it well. Then add pumpkin, black beans, spices. Cook on medium heat and stir the ingredients every 3 minutes to prevent them from burning and sticking. If this happens, add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
-
Take tortillas and spoon the sauce over them.
-
Fold the burritos using the topping you have cooked. Serve with shredded cheese or salsa sauce to your liking. These burritos are very delicious, while the topping adds to it fabulous taste! Enjoy them with your friends and family!
