Ingredients
- pumpkin: 200 g
- flour: 2 Tbsp
- egg: 2 piece
- sugar: 200 g (100 g for the batter and 100 g for the syrup)
- butter: 80 g (40 g for the batter and 40 g for the syrup)
- milk: 1 Tbsp
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- salt: 2 pinch (1 pinch for the batter and 1 pinch for the syrup)
- baking species: 1 tsp
- water: 50 ml (for the syrup)
- cream: 50 ml (33%, for the syrup)
- vanillin: 1 tsp (for the syrup)
- honey: 40 ml (for the syrup)

Peel the pumpkin, cut it into pieces and bake in the oven until it becomes soft. Blend the baked pumpkin into puree

Whisk eggs with sugar, add salt and stir the mixture

Add pumpkin puree, milk, flour, baking powder and species. Stir once again

Heat the frying pan, spoon the batter and fry the pancakes without oil on both sides

Cook the caramel syrup by mixing cream, honey, sugar, butter, salt, vanillin and water in a pot. Place the pot on small fire and warm the mixture. Do not forget to stir the syrup until it gets light brown and smooth
