This pancake with apples is a traditional German dish, which tastes and looks great! It includes simple and cheap ingredients, which make the dish healthy and extremely delicious!
Ingredients
- flour: 100 g
- sugar: 2 Tbsp
- salt: 1 pinch
- egg: 2 piece
- milk: 100 ml
- cream: 100 ml (33%)
- vanillin: 1 tsp
- butter: 2 Tbsp
- apple: 4 piece
- cinnamon: 1 g
- sugar powder: 1 tsp

Peel the apples, remove the middle part of them and slice them

Mix flour, salt and sugar in a bowl

Take another bowl and mix milk, cream, eggs and vanillin in it. Stir the mixture thoroughly until it becomes smooth

Mix the ingredients of both bowls and stir the batter thoroughly once again

Melt the butter on the frying pan, put apples inside and add cinnamon. Fry the apples for about 10 minutes until they become soft

Pour the batter on the apples and place the frying pan into the pre-heated to 220 degrees oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cut the pancake into triangles, dredge with powdered sugar and serve! Bon appétit!
