This turkey pumpkin chili is absolutely delicious. It's quick and easy, too!

Ingredients

  • vegetable oil: 1 Tbsp
  • onion: 1 cup (chopped)
  • green bell pepper: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • yellow bell pepper: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • clove garlic: 1 piece (minced)
  • ground turkey: 1 pound
  • tomatoes: 1 can (14.5 ounce can, diced)
  • pumpkin puree: 2 cups
  • ½ tablespoons chili powder: 1 piece (to taste)
  • ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
  • dash salt: 1 piece
  • cheddar cheese: 0.5 cup (shredded)
  • sour cream: 0.5 cup

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and garlic; cook and stir until tender.
