This turkey pumpkin chili is absolutely delicious. It's quick and easy, too!
Ingredients
- vegetable oil: 1 Tbsp
- onion: 1 cup (chopped)
- green bell pepper: 0.5 cup (chopped)
- yellow bell pepper: 0.5 cup (chopped)
- clove garlic: 1 piece (minced)
- ground turkey: 1 pound
- tomatoes: 1 can (14.5 ounce can, diced)
- pumpkin puree: 2 cups
- ½ tablespoons chili powder: 1 piece (to taste)
- ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
- dash salt: 1 piece
- cheddar cheese: 0.5 cup (shredded)
- sour cream: 0.5 cup

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and garlic; cook and stir until tender.

Stir in turkey and cook until evenly brown; drain.
