Ingredients
- diced turnips: 3 cup (fresh)
- extra-virgin olive oil: 3 Tbsp (divided)
- Salt: 0 g

- Roasted Garlic Bulb: 3 clove (from a bulb)
- lemon: 0.5 piece (juiced)
- Toasted sesame seeds: 0 g (for serving)

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the turnips on the prepared baking sheet, toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until tender.

In a food processor or high-powered blender, combine the roasted turnips, garlic, lemon juice, and remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Pulse until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
