A creamy, zesty dip made from roasted turnips and garlic, perfect for pairing with crackers or chips.

Ingredients

  • diced turnips: 3 cup (fresh)
  • extra-virgin olive oil: 3 Tbsp (divided)
  • Salt: 0 g
  • Freshly ground black pepper: 0 g
  • Roasted Garlic Bulb: 3 clove (from a bulb)
  • lemon: 0.5 piece (juiced)
  • Toasted sesame seeds: 0 g (for serving)

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place the turnips on the prepared baking sheet, toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until tender.
