This rotini pasta salad is a standard for potlucks. This recipe makes a nice big salad that tastes great!
Ingredients
- colored rotini pasta: 1 pack (16 ounce pack)
- tomatoes: 2 piece (chopped)
- green bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- cucumber: 1 piece (chopped)
- broccoli florets: 1 cup
- sliced mushrooms: 1 cup (fresh)
- black olives, pitted and: 1 cup (sliced)
- Italian-style salad dressing: 1 bottle (8 ounce bottle)

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.
