Ingredients

  • grapefruit : 1 piece
  • avocado : 1 piece
  • salad lattuce : 200 g
  • salmon : 100 g (salted)
  • lemon juice : 1 Tbsp
  • olive oil : 2 Tbsp
  • honey : 1 tsp
  • soy sauce : 1 tsp
  • mustard : 0.5 tsp
  • black pepper : 1 pinch

Stages of cooking

  1. Peel the grapefruit, divide into slices and peel off the films.

  2. Peel the avocado, remove the bone and cut the flesh into thin slices. Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice so that the flesh does not change color.

  3. Lettuce leaves wash and dry.

  4. Salted salmon cut into thin slices.

  5. For dressing: whisk lemon juice, honey, olive oil, soy sauce, mustard, ground pepper.

  6. Put lettuce leaves in a bowl, spread avocado, slices of salmon and grapefruit slices on top. Pour over salad dressing and serve.
