Cooking fish in a foil, you will save all the healthy ingredients of this food. This recipe is made with spices and greens, surely you will like it.

Ingredients

  • parsley : 5 piece
  • seasoning : 2 Tbsp (coriander, soy sauce, sesame, honey)
  • tomatoes : 2 piece (medium or 1 big)
  • salmon : 2 piece (steaks)

Stages of cooking

  1. First mix all the seasonings that you prepared and dip in salmon steaks, cover with a lid and leave for some time. Half an hour would be enough.

  2. Spread a foil and first place tomato slices, then salmon steak, lemon wedges and parsley.

  3. Sprinkle lemon juice.

  4. Cover carefully with the foil.

  5. Bake in a pre-heated to 200C (390F) degrees oven for 25 minutes.
