- halibut fillets: 2 piece (4 ounce)
- scallops: 6 piece
- jumbo shrimp, tail still attached: 6 piece (peeled and deveined)
- dry white wine: 0.33333 cup
- butter: 2 Tbsp (melted)
- lemon juice: 1 Tbsp
- garlic: 1 tsp (minced)
- seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay: 0.5 tsp
- salt and pepper: (to taste)
- fresh parsley: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
